A metering record has already been emitted by the same EC2 instance, ECS task, or EKS pod for the given {
usageDimension,timestamp} with a differentusageQuantity.message (string) –
Error (dict) – Normalized access to common exception attributes.
Code (string) – An identifier specifying the exception type.
Message (string) – A descriptive message explaining why the exception occured.
