SSM / Paginator / ListComplianceItems
ListComplianceItems¶
- class SSM.Paginator.ListComplianceItems¶
paginator = client.get_paginator('list_compliance_items')
- paginate(**kwargs)¶
Creates an iterator that will paginate through responses from
SSM.Client.list_compliance_items()
.See also: AWS API Documentation
Request Syntax
response_iterator = paginator.paginate( Filters=[ { 'Key': 'string', 'Values': [ 'string', ], 'Type': 'EQUAL'|'NOT_EQUAL'|'BEGIN_WITH'|'LESS_THAN'|'GREATER_THAN' }, ], ResourceIds=[ 'string', ], ResourceTypes=[ 'string', ], PaginationConfig={ 'MaxItems': 123, 'PageSize': 123, 'StartingToken': 'string' } )
- Parameters:
Filters (list) –
One or more compliance filters. Use a filter to return a more specific list of results.
(dict) –
One or more filters. Use a filter to return a more specific list of results.
Key (string) –
The name of the filter.
Values (list) –
The value for which to search.
(string) –
Type (string) –
The type of comparison that should be performed for the value: Equal, NotEqual, BeginWith, LessThan, or GreaterThan.
ResourceIds (list) –
The ID for the resources from which to get compliance information. Currently, you can only specify one resource ID.
(string) –
ResourceTypes (list) –
The type of resource from which to get compliance information. Currently, the only supported resource type is
ManagedInstance
.(string) –
PaginationConfig (dict) –
A dictionary that provides parameters to control pagination.
MaxItems (integer) –
The total number of items to return. If the total number of items available is more than the value specified in max-items then a
NextToken
will be provided in the output that you can use to resume pagination.PageSize (integer) –
The size of each page.
StartingToken (string) –
A token to specify where to start paginating. This is the
NextToken
from a previous response.
- Return type:
dict
- Returns:
Response Syntax
{ 'ComplianceItems': [ { 'ComplianceType': 'string', 'ResourceType': 'string', 'ResourceId': 'string', 'Id': 'string', 'Title': 'string', 'Status': 'COMPLIANT'|'NON_COMPLIANT', 'Severity': 'CRITICAL'|'HIGH'|'MEDIUM'|'LOW'|'INFORMATIONAL'|'UNSPECIFIED', 'ExecutionSummary': { 'ExecutionTime': datetime(2015, 1, 1), 'ExecutionId': 'string', 'ExecutionType': 'string' }, 'Details': { 'string': 'string' } }, ], }
Response Structure
(dict) –
ComplianceItems (list) –
A list of compliance information for the specified resource ID.
(dict) –
Information about the compliance as defined by the resource type. For example, for a patch resource type,
Items
includes information about the PatchSeverity, Classification, and so on.ComplianceType (string) –
The compliance type. For example, Association (for a State Manager association), Patch, or Custom:
string
are all valid compliance types.ResourceType (string) –
The type of resource.
ManagedInstance
is currently the only supported resource type.ResourceId (string) –
An ID for the resource. For a managed node, this is the node ID.
Id (string) –
An ID for the compliance item. For example, if the compliance item is a Windows patch, the ID could be the number of the KB article; for example: KB4010320.
Title (string) –
A title for the compliance item. For example, if the compliance item is a Windows patch, the title could be the title of the KB article for the patch; for example: Security Update for Active Directory Federation Services.
Status (string) –
The status of the compliance item. An item is either COMPLIANT, NON_COMPLIANT, or an empty string (for Windows patches that aren’t applicable).
Severity (string) –
The severity of the compliance status. Severity can be one of the following: Critical, High, Medium, Low, Informational, Unspecified.
ExecutionSummary (dict) –
A summary for the compliance item. The summary includes an execution ID, the execution type (for example, command), and the execution time.
Warning
For State Manager associations, the
ExecutionTime
value represents when the compliance status was captured and aggregated by the Systems Manager service, not necessarily when the underlying association was executed on the managed node. State Manager updates compliance status for all associations on an instance whenever any association executes, which means multiple associations may show the same execution time even if they were executed at different times.ExecutionTime (datetime) –
The time the execution ran as a datetime object that is saved in the following format:
yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss'Z'
Warning
For State Manager associations, this timestamp represents when the compliance status was captured and reported by the Systems Manager service, not when the underlying association was actually executed on the managed node. To track actual association execution times, use the DescribeAssociationExecutionTargets command or check the association execution history in the Systems Manager console.
ExecutionId (string) –
An ID created by the system when
PutComplianceItems
was called. For example,CommandID
is a valid execution ID. You can use this ID in subsequent calls.ExecutionType (string) –
The type of execution. For example,
Command
is a valid execution type.
Details (dict) –
A “Key”: “Value” tag combination for the compliance item.
